PT. Maju Bersama Jaya, is a contractor company that was founded in 2003 hich serves as the very first member of the MBJ Group. The company originally started as a branch from the PT. Maju Bersama Jaya office in Tanjung Pinang. With the strategic location of the island of Batam in regards to the nations of Singapore and Malaysia, Batam has been a prime location for construction and development. In the past 20 years, Batam has developed from being predominantly jungle and a storage area for the government, to becoming a booming metropolis with a population of 1.2 million individuals.
